Young Life has a place for all of us.
The strength of Young Life is in the people who serve to create a fun and loving community of adults coming together to fulfil the mission of reaching out to teenagers in need. You can be involved in many different ways to help see this mission a success.
We are looking for staff, volunteers, financial supporters, advocates and prayer partners – all crucial to our success.

The partnership of financial supporters allows us to train and equip local staff & volunteers, run programs and events thereby impacting the lives of teenagers.
Please consider making a one-time donation, or better still becoming a regular giver.
Your donations to Young Life is tax deductible.
There are several ways to serve as a volunteer for Young Life Belarus & the Baltics.
We are in need of local volunteers who can serve with our Contact Work, Clubs, Camp & Company programs.
Maybe you are looking for a short-term experience and want to take a year to change your world and someone else’s. If you are planning to take a “gap-year” or “13th year” before you head to University or College, consider coming to serve with Young Life. Contact us to talk about coming to help for between 3 months to 3 years.
There are also Area Committees in every Young Life community that support the staff and help with fundraising and events. We are always looking for new hands on deck!
We are looking for people whole would like to promote what we are doing and raise our profile among the people you know.
Some practical ways to help are:
- Think of people and groups you can send our material to that will help spread awarness and raise much needed prayer & financial support.
- Invite us to share in your home group or church
- Receive our newsletter, send it to people you know and pray for us, the work, and the wonderful teenagers we encounter
